Scott Flying Squirrel 1949
Scott Flying Squirrel 1949 Referencne No. 229 This beautifully restored Scott, sometimes referred to as "Flying Squirrel", was a small volume seller in its day. Highly regarded by their owners, Scotts emit a "yowl" from the exhaust of the twin-cylinder two-stroke water cooled engine. This configuration was adopted by the Japanese many years later by Suzuki. Note the unusual frame layout. Owner: Kelleher family Photograph courtesy dropbears.com |
