Description-

The American Excelsior had no connection with either the British, or German machines of the same name. They were part of the still existing Schwinn Bicycle Empire, but ceased motorcycle production in 1931. Excelsior was the first bike to officially break the 100mph barrier.The machine on display is an 819cc Vtwin 4 stroke.
